Development tax

The development tax applies to all operations subject to planning permission: construction, reconstruction and extension of buildings, development and installation of any kind. It also applies to changes in the use of agricultural premises. It is due by the beneficiary of the authorization to build or develop or by the person in charge of an illegal construction.
