This twinning means, beyond the tourist interest, the discovery of the other. "Brittany and Haute Savoie are real countries, with real men who have had great difficulty staying in their region".
The bringing together of these two municipalities makes it possible to develop cultural, sports, educational and tourist exchange projects.
Morillon is a mountain village located in Haute Savoie in France. It is a ski resort in the Grand Massif area in winter. But also a place for tourism, nature recreation, hiking, summer and winter.
The Riec-sur-Bélon / Ilminster twinning
Thanks to the twinning charter, the two municipalities are committed to developing understanding, mutual respect and friendship between their fellow citizens and to promoting cultural and sporting exchanges, and mainly between young people.

The association Friends of the twinning of Riec-sur-Bélon / Ilminster, chaired by Jacques Le Bris ensures to promote, support and encourage the twinning of Riec-sur-Bélon with foreign cities and to organize school, sports, cultural exchanges, social economic, etc… around this twinning.
