The municipal children's council

The CME is a representative body for the children of Riec-sur-Bélon, set up in 2017. It is a tool in favor of citizenship and the participation of children in the life of their municipality.

In conjunction with elected adults, this space aims to give the floor to children for advisory opinions or development of citizen projects.

The success of this system is the result of a strong partnership between municipal services and schools.

The CME is made up of 21 children from CM1 and CM2 classes, representatives of public and private schools in Riec-sur-Belon.
