Establishments open to the public (ERP)

The public buildings (ERP) are buildings in which outsiders are permitted. It does not matter whether access is paid or free, open, restricted or by invitation. A business that is not open to the public, but only to staff, is not an ERP. The ERP are classified into categories which define the applicable regulatory requirements (type of work authorization or safety rules for example) according to the risks.
