Public inquiries

When the municipalities carry out improvements, structures or works which, by reason of their nature, are liable to harm the environment, these operations are subject to public inquiry. The purpose of this survey is to ensure the information and participation of the public as well as the taking into account of the interests of third parties, and to obtain the opinion of the public on these operations in order to enable the public person, in the event of 'species the municipality, to have the elements necessary for its information.
